These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dubuz.com (the "Website"), the mobile site, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Dubuz Classifieds, a company with its registered address at S-132, Ajman, UAE.

By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the meanings assigned to them in our Definitions page, which is incorporated by reference. For clarity:

• "User" means anyone browsing the Website.

• "Advertiser" means a registered user who posts a listing.

• "Listing" means any advertisement submitted for publication.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Dubuz Classifieds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

3. User Conduct

While using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or invasive of another's privacy.

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

• Use the Service to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or the underlying systems.

• Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.

• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.

4. Listings and Prohibited Items

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their Listings. By posting a Listing, you represent and warrant that:

• The item or service offered is accurately described and is yours to sell, rent, or promote.

• You hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for the content included in the Listing (including photos and text).

• The Listing does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.

The following items and services are strictly prohibited on Dubuz Classifieds:

• Illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit items, or items that infringe intellectual property rights.

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and any items regulated under UAE law or other applicable local laws.

• Drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and any products making unsubstantiated health claims.

• Adult content, pornography, escort services, or any sexually explicit materials.

• Gambling, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing that is not clearly disclosed, or misleading financial offers.

• Animals or wildlife products that violate CITES or local animal welfare laws.

• Hate speech, politically extreme content, or material that incites violence.

• Any item or service that promotes illegal activity.

Dubuz Classifieds has the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or refuse any Listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting a Listing, you grant Dubuz Classifieds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the provision and promotion of the Service.

• Our Content: All elements of the Service, including the Dubuz Classifieds name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Dubuz Classifieds and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service without our express written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

Creating an account and browsing Listings is free. Certain premium features, such as featured listings, urgent tags, or promotional packages, may be subject to fees.

• All fees are clearly displayed before you commit to a purchase.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Dubuz Classifieds does not store your full credit card details.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a specific promotion.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy (https://dubuz.com/privacy) to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dubuz Classifieds. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Dubuz Classifieds provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

• Dubuz Classifieds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dubuz Classifieds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service.

• Your violation of any term of these Terms.

• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

• Any claim that your Listing caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

Dubuz Classifieds reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://dubuz.com/terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the Website or by email. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If an amicable solution is not reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.

14. General Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dubuz Classifieds regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
