How do I post an ad?

Posting an ad is straightforward. Click the "Post Free Ads" button in the top right corner of any page, fill in the required details, add your photos, and submit. Your listing will appear on the site shortly.

Is it really free to advertise?

Yes. Publishing a standard listing on Dubuz Classifieds is 100% free. There are no hidden charges for basic ads. We may offer optional paid features to boost visibility, but these are always clearly marked and entirely your choice.

Will I get spam emails after posting a listing?

No. Your email address is never displayed publicly on the site. All communication between buyers and sellers goes through our secure contact form, so your inbox stays protected from spam.

How long does my listing stay active?

Your listing remains published for 3 months by default. You will receive a reminder email one week before expiry and another on the day it’s deactivated. You can reactivate it yourself within the following month by logging into your account. After that, it is permanently removed from the site.

I sold my item. How do I delete my listing?

Once your item is sold or rented, simply log into your account, go to your listings, and select the option to remove it. This keeps the platform tidy and prevents other buyers from contacting you unnecessarily.

Can I edit or update my listing after it’s published?

Yes. You can log into your Personal Space at any time to edit the description, change the price, update photos, or mark the item as sold. Changes are reflected instantly on the website.

How do I contact a seller?

On any listing page, you’ll find a contact form or, depending on the seller’s preferences, a visible phone number or WhatsApp link. Use the form to send a message directly to the seller — without revealing your own email address.

Is it safe to buy and sell on Dubuz Classifieds?

We take safety seriously. While most users are honest, we strongly recommend you read our Anti-Scam Guide (https://dubuz.com/anti-scam) for practical tips. Always meet in person, use traceable payment methods, and trust your instincts.

Can I report a suspicious listing or user?

Absolutely. If you spot something that looks fraudulent or violates our rules, use the "Report" button on the listing page or email us at support@dubuz.com. We review reports promptly and take action when necessary.

Does Dubuz Classifieds offer any premium services?

We may occasionally offer optional upgrades such as Featured Listings or Urgent Tags that make your ad stand out more. Details and pricing are clearly shown before you commit. Standard listings remain free.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! We have dedicated mobile apps for both iOS (download from the App Store) and Android (download from Google Play). The apps give you full access to browse, post, and manage your ads on the go.

How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email address, or through your existing Facebook or Google account for faster access. Look for the "Sign Up" or "Login" option at the top of the page.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. We’ll send you a link to reset your password securely.

Can I promote my business on Dubuz Classifieds?

Yes. If you’re a registered business, you can create a business profile, add your logo, and list products or services. This helps build trust and gives buyers more information about you.
